Just as I am wishing a happy 13th Birthday to Jewels friends were having to make the decision to say a final goodbye to their wonderful old boy Ace, littermate to Jewels.
Their sadness is overwhelming and I am sure all of us that have loved a dog can empathize.

Anyone that has followed my blog knows I am always looking for indestructible dog toys. Today I picked up a 'Grass Ball' Gussy smiles as she starts to test it. I will post results in the future.
Jewels (on the right) poses with her brother Ruckus, more then 11 years ago. Our oldest Dinsdale resident turned 13 years old on Sunday.

Little Emerald sets her teeth to a puppy play tunnel. I think it's time to replenish their toy selection, this poor tunnel was retrieved shortly after this shot and retired to the garbage bin.
Suppose I should of told her she is suppose to run through it, not chew her way through.
