We hate you
Yes it is pay back time for all the mornings they have gotten me out of bed early, for peeing on my floor and chewing on the corner of floorboards.
Ears started doing some weird and wonderful things on Chase & Olive so last night I taped them down. Must admit I had an entertaining evening watching the little monsters attempt to wrestle their ear bonnets off their heads. I didn't expect they would still be wearing them this morning, but hooray they are still taped up tight.
Why so sad Olive? :-))))

Introducing the Handsome Hickstead
My new beautiful boy Hickstead, sired by Am.Ch.Dinsdale-Chimera Man-In-Black and mom Dinsdale Chimera Iska.
He will be hanging around Dinsdale to see how he matures, fingers crossed he keeps that gorgeous deep black coat like his daddy.

A slight pause in posting
I have been a bit overwhelmed the last three months with pups and posts have slowed and now stopped.
I should be refueled enough in a week or two to get back to photographing & sharing on the blog.
For now enjoy this 'funky' little You Tube video of Fiddle puppy Bea now residing in Milwaukee enjoying a puppy play-date, lots of fun.

Time change
Dogs don't 'get' daylight savings time, well, OK....I don't 'get' daylight savings time.
No matter how late I keep my dogs up at night....they will never sleep in the next morning...yawn......zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Lest we forget
In Flanders Fields
by John McCrae, May 1915
In Flanders fields the poppies blow Between the crosses, row on row, That mark our place; and in the sky The larks, still bravely singing, fly Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the Dead. Short days ago We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow, Loved and were loved, and now we lie In Flanders fields.
Take up our quarrel with the foe: To you from failing hands we throw The torch; be yours to hold it high. If ye break faith with us who die We shall not sleep, though poppies grow In Flanders fields.

Frosty Morning Watch
A cool frosty morning at Dinsdale, pups Chase and Olive have set themselves up on the front porch on Sentry duty.
